1946
- Founding of the Paul Serafini company in Iserlohn. Production of hat hooks and door handles made from aluminum for the business segment of building fitting and interior design.
1968
- Development of the ‘metal goods for shopfitting made from aluminum’ business segment. Aluminum die cast parts and aluminum profiles are sold to shopfitting companies.
1982
- Engineer Andreas Serafini joins the company.
1991
- Start of the development and production of presentation systems for major clients.
- Installation of CNC-sheet metal processing
1994
- Inclusion of development, production and marketing of own presentation systems for shopfitting.
2000
- Positive company development leads to the transfer of company headquarters to Giesestrasse in Iserlohn.
2007
- Ongoing consistent growth requires expansion of a logistics center. Current floor space is now more than 13,000 square meters at two locations.
2008
- Founding of Serafini Asia Pacific Ltd. with headquarters in Hong Kong.
2011
- Investment in a laser-punching-bending center with integrated fully automatic high-bay warehouse.
- Commissioning of a 6,000 sqm photovoltaics facility for sustainable energy production on the company roof.
2015
- For the 7th year in a row (since 2009) Paul Serafini GmbH & C0. KG stands out with a training rate of over 10%.
2019
- Founding of Serafini Inc. in Tucker, USA
