“Training” is an important topic at our company, and our training rate has been over 10% in the last 7 years. The family-run company not only relies on qualified training but is also interested in the person behind the employee. Each traineeship automatically includes both professional training at the SIHK and in-house, as well as personality training. Managing own projects is a part of the trainees’ scope of responsibility right from the start of the training.
